April 2019 update

Foam rolling my shoulders and arms after an upper body workout this week. I love all the bright colors hehe.

The universe played the biggest April Fool’s joke on me. I decided late last week to take Monday off because I needed a mental health day to do nothing but brain dump everything in my head. So what happened?

Why I love my IWP planner & suggestions on how to use it: 2018 edition

Last updated: 1/29/18 {3 daily boxes}

If you’ve been following me for any amount of time, you’ll know that I started paper planning again in 2017. I wanted to start writing my goals down instead of keeping them in my head or in Wunderlist/Evernote because research shows that you’re more likely to accomplish them. In the summer of 2016, I started researching which planner I wanted to use. Like the nerd/researcher/overthinker that I am, I created a note in Evernote with the various planners I had heard about and listed the pros and cons of each one ?

I ultimately settled on the Inkwell Press planner* because it had everything I was looking for. It’s more than just a planner because it has so much goal setting incorporated into it. It’s also BEAUTIFUL with quality features like their 140 GSM paper, but also functional which was something else that was important to me. So enough of my back story – let’s get into the planner!

My goal setting process

It’s been a while! This post should probably be an update on me since I’ve been kind of MIA on social media, but I’ll save that for another post because I want to talk about something that’ll flow a little more easily, which is my goal setting process and goals. I know today is just another day when you think about it, but there’s something about the new year that makes it a great time to reflect and set goals. That’s what I did all day since I was feeling motivated.

Biz update & next steps

It’s my birthday! 🙂 I decided today was the perfect day to make my announcement because I needed a deadline before I let my perfectionism continue holding me back yet again. I’ve mentioned this on social media a couple times already, but have been wanting to “officially” post about this for so long, so here goes:

There’s no more “Debt Free Like Annie” because I’m working on something bigger.

Why I love my IWP planner & suggestions on how to use it

LAST UPDATED 2/13/17

{This is a 2-in-1 post – why I love my Inkwell Press planner and suggestions on how to use the various pages that I’ve gathered from IWP and other planner girls. This isn’t a sponsored post so I’m not getting paid for this – I just love sharing things I’m passionate about. If you’re interested in buying from IWP after reading this, feel free to use this link which will give you $10 off and me rewards points to get even more goodies – win/win! ?}

This is my first time buying/using an IWP planner, and if you follow me on social media and can’t already tell, I’m obsessed with it and the rest of their products. Not only are they BEAUTIFUL, but they’re also functional, great quality, and I love that I’m supporting a small business along with the mission they stand for – to create beautiful organizational products to help women like me feel empowered, prepared, and successful. After the 2016 I had, I knew I needed to become truly organized in all aspects of life, and this planner was going to help me do just that.

Ok so let’s dig into the planner!
